worst experience ever had . hasn't its own resturant and food served was of such a low quality that it lead to indigestion. lift facility was terrible,got stuck in lift for 10 mins without light,without proper electricity facility and no emergency light in lift. no parking was available and was lied to us . overall a worst experience and would not recommend anyone.

Very bad hotel doesn’t have water to take a bath and we were in super deluxe category. Please carry water if you go to this hotel.

Amenities r not upto expectations ,reception area is full of rush of non customer,which is not really a comfort place for any one .

It’s horrible place

This is an value for money hotel at small town nawada. Room service is available without any extra charge. Location is in market area.

My experience is not good about this travel. The property says that no room available. They give me a deluxe room for stay. Also we are infromed from there end that if we need super deluxe room then we have to wait although our check in time 6. 00 am as per booking slip of mmt. After communication of mm t they shift a room. The room is in poor conditions the deluxe room. Although my experience is not good.

Location of the hotel was average, food was good, services were poor too. Lot of delay in getting water bottles. Location is on a noisy road so constant commotion.

The room was not as per expectation, bathrooms were in bad condition- broken flush, clogged shower and hand shower, poor water supply, much delayed power back up, and terrible complementary breakfast- paratha & curd for rs. 500 is too way costlier for the place like nawada. The room tariff is also too high, i enquired about it and similar hotels are charging only rs 1800 to 2000 per night including tax. Overall we felt cheated by mmt. Sharing some pics

The property was awesome. Ambience and staff behaviour was wonderful. Food quality was very delicious.

Didn't like much

It was good experience. Small town like nawada. It was more than expectation. Hotel staffs are good. The room was clean. Allover good service.

Stayed there for two nights. The room was too small and full of insects. Actual room size is not mentioned. Food quality is not up to the mark. In the name of complementary breakfast they provided only alu pratha and water mixed liquid dahi. No tea/coffee provided with complementary breakfast. They said tea/coffee is chargeable. In the room menu card the price of chill i pane-er and kadai chicken are 220 and 300 respectively. But during check out at the time of payment they said the mentioned price in the room menu card was wrong, and the actual price is 300 and 380 respectively. This was too unethical and unprofessional. If the price was increased then you have to mention and change the price in the room menu card also.

Room service is very bad. And bill amount is grater then menu amount breakfast is not good.

Did not provide tea or any other meal other than complimentary breakfast for first two days. No nearby parking was available

The rooms are clean with all the modern amenities. The service is great and the food is very good.

All staff behavior is excellent. Politely talking. Room- neat and clean. Location also fine. Food available upto 10 pm.
