Way of talking manner of both reception staff and service staff are very arrogance and quality of breakfast is very poor just as like formalities. Washroom gizzard were not working. Full fresh kit is not available as per hotel costing.

Property location is little bit in out area in street. I ate chapati which no one can eat, it was so hard, thick and fully burnt. In chicken biryani they are using normal small rice. AC remote not available, no facility near bed, no mirror in wash room. They provided slippers on demand but it was of two different pair one red nd another was blue. Bed sheet and pillow cover was tored. AC MCB was totally open can have shock accidentally and they didn't provide complimentary mineral water in 1950/night.
