The location as well as room was good and satisfactory.However the food was not upto mark.The staff was well behaved.On the whole the stay was comfortable.

Food-Not checked Location -Good Facilities - I asked for food menu but no one sent. Bedsheet, Blanket cover is not changed.

Food quality was good, Location was also good but service may be improve in view of daily cleaning and changing bedcover etc as we we stayed for three days.

The hotel is located just a bit outside of the main city center - thus not so much noise. The room was good and clean - however the service was not up to the mark. Pros - 1. Located outisde of noisy city center but close by 2. Rooms are clean and the hotel is well decorated 3. Has a rooftop restaurant Cons - 1. Service is not good - Ordered an omlete during breakfast and waited for 20/30 mins before leaving without it. 2. Though Makemytrip booking insludes laundry service - the hotel stuff said, they are not aware and thus cant provide the service 3. Same breakfast menu on everyday of our stay

It was a great experience staying at Hyatt Hotel, room was neat and clean, no power disruption , complimentary breakfast was also very nice

The hotel ambiance is good. The location is very lonely and good. But service must have to be better than now.

Our stay was absolutely delightful, filled with exquisite flavors and warm hospitality. We truly appreciated the attentive service provided by the staff, who made us feel right at home. The cleanliness of the hotel was remarkable, creating a serene and welcoming environment that added to our overall experience.

Rooms are clean and cozy. But amenities or facilities given were poor. Didn't provide any toilet kit. Intercoms are not working. Lift was not working. We had two senior citizens with us. It was very difficult for them to climb stairs for every moment. Staffs were polite in their behaviour. Foods are very good and cost worthy. Not costly. The overall experience was average. Hotel management should be aware of these faults. And must be rectified.

We were fit into a very small dirty room with a stinky washroom. Looks like not all the rooms were like this but since the lift was not working and my parents had difficulty going by stairs, they made us take the room attached with a banquet which was not worth the money that was charged. 1. Hotel lift was not operational throughout our stay. We had Sr. citizen people in our group and had allotted room at 2nd Floor. Felt very difficulty to move in our room. 2. Welcome drink, high tea with cookies and other facilities, which was offered in our booking confirmation by MMT was not provided by hotel. Even they are unaware about these facilities. 3. Hotel was not up to the mark as compared to its price.

Hotel is located at very little distance from busy market area making the stay peaceful.Rooms are comfortable and staff is cooperative.Breakfast menu needs to be bit diversified with more options and change of items. Overall it was a pleasant stay. It's very good option for stay at Rajgir at this tarrif
