Review Of Sangam Hotel

Most friendly and helpful receptionist and lovely and great first impression of hotel . Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. The room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay.

The recipient's behaviour is good. But they are helpless in any issue like one day my room TV was not working then he didn't do anything. double occupancy room booked but after call they only serve only one guest things like one bottle water one set of shampoo, soap, sawar gel, and etc. I got very disappointed after the raised complaint about why you are serving only one bottle of water for the dual occupancy room. they gently denied giving another bottle for another guest.

Hotel room and cleaning good but room service is very poor

Excellent the staying was. the room was clean and cozy. toilets were also clean however, the location is quite crowded, which created so much of rush.

Finding out this hotel is a task. No boards nothing. They don't provide hot water. Not given a hotel bill when booked through makemytrip. Most of the times lift doesn't work and the hotel is in 3 rd floor.

Gst invoice not provided not good to here asking that we will not provide these for mmt traveller what to do

Property is neat and clean but since it’s totally new one, something needs to be streamlined, like freebies and other things. Overall we are satisfied with the stay and services, but there are high chances of improvement

We booked executive room. The rooms were really good and beyond the expectations. Wi-fi was also great. The only thing is bathtub was not functional.

I didn't expect to find such a clean and hygienic place to stay in lakhisarai. The hotel staffs were very polite and courteous. The hotel also has a bedding facility for your driver with no extra charge. Great food too.
