Worst stay this is just a nightmare for the family so bad stay with dirty and fungus pillows blankets. Oh my god i also gave a complete review regarding this

very dirty and filled with bad odour also the toilets were very dirty & disgusting not even cleaned properly many small insects were inside the toilets.

Very poor experience with the villa, not at all maintained and the villa is in extremely poor condition and shape.

Place is good, rooms are spacious with good ventilation, feels cool even in summer. Washrooms need maintenance, ground floor washroom doesn’t have proper drain and second washroom’s door doesn’t operate properly. Rest the place is good care taker is also helpful kitchen is well equipped. Overall my experience is good.

Although, the taps and bathroom door were not working properly our overall stay was really nice and comfortable, the owner and caretaker were helpful and the location of this property is also good and inside a compound.

Reaching there was easy but property is not at all for family. May be bachelors can adjust. Washroom door was not getting closed. No hot water. Fridge was not clean. They have put one sofa cum bed near kitchen which is very inconvenient to sleep. Overall very disappointed

All things are broken nothing works all mattresses are dirty and sofas are broken washroom are dirty no hot water gueser are not working

The property not maintained properly. Taps are not in condition. Beds are sofa bed. No entertainment.

Like name it’s actually very cosy, good for small group, had wonderful time, location is very good and easy to reach.

It's a very good place for friends trip to gain complete privacy whenever we needed something there was a caretaker available anytime and also there is a good restaurant where you can order food or just dine there

I dint like the villa, it was untidy. There was no proper service, though it was raining heavily they dint gave us the villa on time. We had to wait a lot, taps and geecer in the washroom was not working. Overall it was a bd experience, i don't recommend this property if you want good services and ambience.

Had an amazing stay at ivy cost house. Best villa. Everything was clean. Area was safe and good. Caretaker helped us with auto rickshaw as well. People around was very much supportive. They have an amazing bath tub as well.

Tall odd structure no cleanliness spoiled upholstry broken old furniture insects and intruders

first of all its so difficult to find it on maps even if you somehow reach that's the different place where it ends. the contact no. they shared was not of caretaker and nobody received the no.s when i was trying to search the place. even they don't have any landmark or board outside the property. when i somehow reach i did not find place hygienic. you do not want to go near the curtains it's that dirty. The wet towels were hanging in the window which they claim it's washed and a few towel was on the garden to dry. It wasn't expected at all. If you wish to cook, clean the utensils again. They showed pet friendly place and take 2000 deposit in advance and when you want to leave they will make excuses for damages. even i have asked what kind of damage. The damage they told us that we left dog hair in the towel and it's impossible to clean according to them, i told them the towels were dirty and i wouldn't want to use it even to clean my pet and the dog hair is obvious thing then after leaving somebody called that you brought a dog and that has charges ,it was insane of them that nothing is mentioned that they have different charges i booked for 4 people including my pet and even caretaker have not mentioned about anything suddenly after 30mins of my check out they found it they can charge. moreover you cannot find any toiletries in the bathroom, and there was one hand wish ( just water) in one washroom, the geyser don't function properly it will give 5 mins of hot water so i was unable to enjoy the hot tub as it's filled with cold water only. you won't find any restaurant nearby although you can order. The only good thing was garden near villa but they don't have lights for garden in evening not even a bench to sit.
