Payment is done but i didn’t find the hotel i want you to refund my money

They cancel-led my booking and i was not given a room there. I had to book another hotel room manually so that i didn't have to sleep on the roads

Room in o dour smell. Cleaning baskets, mob were kept outside the room. Bath room very poor

Full of cockroaches, broken sink, stink.

I have already booked the room and made the payment. But when we reached there the receptionist said that they have sold the room for black. We have fight-ed them for half an hour and got the room. Even if after the booking with full payment done what sort of service are they providing. Very bad to say that why you providing service to these type of poor hotels
