poor experience
Poor service and room and bathroom not clean. Poor food quality.hotel are not hygienic . Service of hotel in not proper way .

Good location with affordable price

Average Stay
Earlier when i checked in to the hotel they shown me a servant room kind of room, which was rubbish, and when i asked about this, they replied they we provide this room in rs 1600 and offered me to get it upgrade with paying 400 rs more. Then i had no other choice to opt the upgraded one which cost me 2000 rs. That upgraded room was good just to spend a night, like 6 out of 10

Poor Stay
Not well maintained. Breakfast was made late i had to skip. It didn't allow my colleague who was a foreign national to stayed. Put me into an embarrassing situation.

Horrible experience with the hotel staff. Reception is always empty. Had to wait for 30 min to check in as no one was there

Good Stay
The stay was good, i was charged an extra 300 for the bigger room, which i could not pay them as i had to leave early in the morning and no one was available at the hotel reception. No contact number available for transfer of funds. The room was clean and spacious and the toilet was clean.

Very different from image
Room was not cleaned properly and it looked shabby, their service is poor, they don't even come to provide water even on calling. And also it was different from image.

Poor Stay
Its a fake property. This feedback is for make my trip as well as the hotel. The name on make my trip appears as treebo hotel but actual name of property is vizima place. I had been to vizima earlier and had poor experience and hence i went for a different hotel but it's name turned out to he fake! experience in vizima was no better this time. Room and washroom not clean, drinking water, towel, soap and tissues not there, tv not working. I had to call staff numerous times even for basic things! no one sits in reception! please take required action and change name of property to actual name.

No power backup available in the property also no breakfast provided and property name was not itsy treebo it’s vizma palace beware before booking….

Good stay
soloStaff that is welcoming and accommodating and always ready to assist. Remodeled amenities include a remodeled pool and attractive rooms. During the set dinners, a manager assisted in serving us; he was really kind and helpful.

Very unhygienic and not clean
Food is bad. Facility is not clean and hygienic. Bathroom taps and showers don’t work. Sheets were extremely dirty so asked for a change.

Poorest service
It was not its y by treebo. Took free breakfast but they did not have complementary breakfast. Rooms where terrible. Bathroom was even more terrible. Everything was pathetic. I would rate in minus. If u have to book the real rate should not be more than 500-
