Very bad room Foul smell Wash room was stinking Food quality very poor No Drinking water

washroom not maintained. shower not working. leak in wash basin wrong billing. food not available on time

The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The room was spotless, the staff was friendly and attentive, and the amenities were top-notch. The location was perfect, with plenty of great restaurants and attractions nearby. I felt like I got so much value for my money. Can't wait to come back!

There is no signage and the property claims it it is in residential area . The staff in evening was helpful .Shown as fortune inn and pics are deceptive Despite asking for no noise room booked in room where I could hear whistle from pressure cookers neighbour family high pitched discussion or arguments There were no hangars or even hooks they claimed breast will be served in room that too only at 8.30 am which never came and at the reception was told thier estimation of breakfast and tea went haywire. Had to leave without breakfast or tea same happened with another guest. Forced to checkout in 1 night shower was hardly working the body wash barely came water was cold

Room condition was good but services are not good each room hai lock problem there is no privacy window can not be locked even balcony lock is free some body can enter in the room easily so overall it's ok not good it's not good for family or couple's

The hotel lacks basic hospitality standards. Was given a room with broken AC at first. The cleanliness is poor. Everyday have to manually request for water replenishment. One of the days, they even forgot to service the room. Stains at different places of the room, whether its the cupboard or the shelves. Basic hygiene amenities such as dental kits are unavailable. Sometimes the light works, sometimes the switches do not do anything. The remote batteries are weak and does not work all the time. After all this experience, I was asked to review it positively on google maps.

Very poor room no handwash and dental kit provided in washroom and towels and bedsheets were very poor.Ac was not working.I will not suggest anyone to stay at that hotel

worst room condition ,taps n shower were not properly working,worst breakfast and they didn't serve breakfast on the last day although t it was included in stay but they didn't.
