I have booked Deluxe Room ...but at the time of checking they was alloted me a pathetic small room and when I complaint then they asking me extra money to upgrade the room...very bad experience not recommended to book

Bad experience. Very dissatisfied with the service. Staff behaviour needs improvement, and the food quality does not justify the pricing. Worst part— we booked an Executive room based on the images shown on the app, but were given a Deluxe room instead. They insisted that this was their Executive room, which is misleading.

location was good. 1. Gyeser was not functioning for two days out of three days stay ib both the rioms booked. 2. Taps and showet are heavily rusted need cleaning and replacement. 3. Kitchen is small , between two facilities of same owner. 4. Not worth to book with complementory breakfast as variety is constraint. 5. Location is good.

Facilities are poor and location is good but not good for late coming with family main gate of colony closed at night and me and my family are worried how to reach to hotel According to price its too high

The hotel promised a long list of amenities, but in reality, almost none were available. Basic facilities like Wi-Fi, room service, and laundry were either non-functional or missing. It was quite disappointing and did not match the expectations set by the listing.

First of all the room's cleanliness was not there. The hotel's Bathroom is not up to as expected. Now towel available when we asked for it in the morning at around 9am. They said they are waiting for the laundry to come. Overall a very bas experience.

Hotel location was good, Rooms were big in size but not that clean and good. Chipped paint on walls, bathroom was average, food is ok ok..
