Pleasant experience and comfortable stay
The property was good, and location is good, overall It was a pleasant stay and all the facilities and services are good. Food was also good.

businessStaff was friendly, but cleanliness to be improved of room. I had checked in 10. 30 pm, but still room was not cleaned up & after arrival it was cleaned

Poor Stay
The washroom was unclean, the toilet seat was broken. Images uploaded weren't matching with the room given to me. There was fungus all over the washroom's taps and shower. The food was bad, stale and undercooked. The bed sheet had stain mark patches.

Average, cheap price so cheap service

Bad stay for me and my husband
coupleIt was a very bad stay for me and i book the hotel for the day stay and i wait for the checkin for around 1 hour 30 mins. Poor service secondly when i enter the room after 3 hours they are continuously calling me for the checkout and someone from the reception also came to the room for the checkout. Such a bad service from your side.

Horrible staying experience
The bathroom was filthy. Seems co-mod was not cleaned for ages with full of stains. Floor mug was horrible. I had to walk on socks. Cups for coffee was broken and u cleaned and ask to replace one. Same with bath towel which was again seemed that was not changed for years.

Pathetic stay
coupleNo hygiene no sanitisation. One glycerine soap is all for toiletries. Bed bugs are there multiple times we switched the room but no luck all the rooms are same it’s like it has never been cleaned. Linens are just yellow all kind of insects and all one can find on that bed! tried to upgrade the room as well but the all the rooms are alike. Will not recommend any one to stay.

Cleanliness
soloRooms were maintained clean and neat, staffs were helpful and friendly. Booking process was smooth. Close to tourist places transportation from hotel is available yo tourist places. Breakfast provided by hotel.

Pathetic experience and
Not recommended at all. Lots of hygiene issues. Smelly rooms, lack of toiletries. I found bed bugs crawling on my bed and mouse running from room to room. I was not feeling well for 2 days and later found its due to bed bugs. I shared the same with hotel staff but seems like no one actually cares i booked 2 rooms and they allotted 3rd class room. I thing they hardly clean them. Also, they want me to pay 5% service fee for their service which is not mandatory and completely depend on individual. The kind of service i get here is not at all worth it.

Tooooo bad
The hotel is nothing compared to what is promised. The place is so dirty, you can find piles of garbage in every nook and corner. Even the fire exit is packed with garbage. Room as shown in the pictures are supposed to be sanitized but i doubt if they are even broomed. Never stayed in a hotel so dirty in life. Would like to rate it in negative, if possible.

Lack of everything in this hotel, no service, no amenities, no cleanliness, smells inside this hotel rooms below third class experience, suggest no one to go in this hotel

soloThe staff was the nicest staff i have ever encountered at a hotel. They were always friendly and asked how our stay was going every time we walked in the door. They also were able to recommend places to get any type of meal that we needed as well.

Cleanliness is a big issue. Dust, mosquitoes and cockroaches were present in the room. Bathrooms had rusty taps and showers. Pots had harpic marks
