इलेक्ट्रिक सप्लाई नही थी रात भर व बाथरूम की खिड़की का कांच टूटा था वहा सै मच्छर आ गए रूम मे तो भी उन्होने आलआऊट नही दिया केवल खिडकी कौ फाईल लगाकर बन्द कर दिया

They havent clean the restroom properly when we entered the room the smell was heavy we cannot stand there the smell was gone only after we sprayed our perfume

The experience was terrible. The experience was terrible although rooms were clean there was water, there was not glasses or plates available in room, rooms were smelly so please try to change these things it will be-ore convinced

this is not a hotel. It's a lodge. There is no neatness. Bad smell in the room. Bed cover id full of dirty and seen some some traces. It's was very un comfortable. Kindly don't book this hotel

Poor cleanliness and hygiene

I had a terrible experience at i care hotel, devanahalli, bangalore. - they insisted on aadhar card. My reply that i would not give aadhar card but i would give voter card, i met with a curt reply that we would not be allowed in unless aadhar card was produced. I was forced to share my aadhar card with them. The man at the counter was one mr . - when there were two occupants only one towel was provided. Despite request they did not provide another towel. 2) tap at toilet commode was leaking profusely when it was opened for use. 3) only one mineral water was provided per day though the couple was occupying it. 4) the lobby was pitch dark during day time too as there was no lighting. So dark that even lock key hole was not visible for locking unlocking the door. Only in the late evening a sensor light was arranged. At one stage i was about to go to police station on insistence on aadhar card for admission in hotel even when i offered voter identity card. A new staff who took charge from one mr rajesh saw reason and accepted voter card and deleted aadhar card pic when i demanded so. It was a terrible experience for me. I rate the hotel “ i care”, devanahalli as terrible - patil obi r eddy

Room rent is very high as compared to the facilities provided. Torn bed sheets, no soap, no chair, unclean pvc tapai

No bathroom soap no toilet seat cover no drinking water facility no city view room as booked

No power back up.

The stay was nice and easily reachable. The behaviour of the employees was great and friendly. Room service was great.
