(1. Solo Traveller (2. Stayed at Royal Care with Greenery Comforts (3. Duration of Stay 22.03.2****** hrs until 23.03.2****** hrs (4. Arrived at the hotel, and the owners/reception desk staff were unaware of my booking, despite booking a room. (5. As a guest, you do not even get warmly welcomed! USED & UNCLEAN BEDSHEETS PROVIDED: (6. They allotted me room 205, which was still being cleaned, given that someone had just checked out. (7. The bedsheets and the pillow covers in the room had not been changed too, and I was expected to use the same USED pillow covers and bedsheet for sleeping. (8. Refusing to accept this NONSENSE from the owners of the hotel, I argued with the young school going housekeeping boy to change the bedsheets and pillow covers, that were used by the previous checked out guest. (9. The young teenage school going houseekeeping boy called up the owners, asking me to speak about it and was extremely reluctant that as I was staying for only a night, I should sleep on the used bedsheets and pillow covers. This was the nonsense I was expected to put up with. (10. After much heated argument, I finally managed to get fresh pillow covers and a bedsheet placed on my bed. Even the fresh pillow covers and bedsheets that were brought, were stained all over. So it seems they do not even use simple liquid bleach to wash the sheets and pillow covers properly. How disgusting! (11. Underneath the bedsheet, the mattress cover is filled with long women's hair. So it is evidentially clear, that the houskeeping staff do not bother to brush off and dust the matterress covers at all. After the housekeeping fellow is a young college going boy. DRINKING WATER: (12. There is not even a drop of drinking water served to you as a guest. So after checking in to the hotel, I had to step out, go to the nearest shop and buy a 2 litre Bisleri drinking water bottle. (13. Even the two drinking water glasses in the room, were filthy, dusty and were not cleaned for quite some time. BATHROOM MAT: (14. The bathroom entrance mat is filthy and has not been washed for a long time. CIGARETTE STUBS IN BATHROOM: (15. The bathroom window, is filled with cirgarrette stubs. Clearly obvius that the housekeeping boy is not even bothered to clean out the bathroom window and the cigarette stubs from previous checked out guests. FAN: (16. I had selected a non-AC room. The rooms have a false ceiling. The fan is installed so close to the false ceiling, that due to this poor installation aspect, even at full speed, there is no air felt in the room, due to poor circulation. (17. If you are a 6 foot person like me, be carefull of not even by mistake raising your hands underneath the fans, unless you want them to be chopped off. You fingers will only be 4.5 inches below the fan blade. WIFI: (18. Wifi signal is very weak and you do not get it in the room. (19. The owner himself admit that you often do not get the Wifi signal in your room. (20. Where I was staying on the 3rd floor, I could not find a single Wifi router unit in the alleyway. No wonder the Wifi signal is so extremely pathetic and poor and virtually non-existent at times. DOOR HANDLE: (21. The door handle of my room, was so hard and jammed. It just seemed that they had never even used anything like WD 40 to grease it and free it. It is so tight and annoying to open and close the door. (22. My bathroom door, could not even be closed as the door alignment is not proper. The door was fitted poorly, due to which you cannot close the bathroom door. My suggestion: Not worth the money and the stay Search for another better hotel.
