*5/5 stars* "exceptional stay at house 44, noida" i recently stayed at house 44 in noida, and i must say, it exceeded all my expectations! this service apartment is truly a gem.

Feel like a home with all basic needs in an apartment

The place is very conveniently located near india expo mart. Offers the warm and peaceful environment, much needed after a busy day at expo mart. Nicely kept, the owner is always available on the call, for any resolution. The equipped kitchen is available for those who want to cook. Swiggy and zomato has a good delivery network in-spite this being located a bit away from city center. Areas of improvement would be, 1. Can offer a cook service as an added benefit, as there are no good places to eat nearby. 2. Need to replace the latch lock, as it tends to lock up in variably. *though the owner was always available for help, in urgency it becomes a nuisance. Also the position of the latch and frame outer grill is so inconvenient that it adds to the frustration. Both the points may be forgettable, but would add to the better experience already had.
