Poor service, bed food quality, smelly & bed condition of rooms. Mattress condition is not good at all. Not worth for money..

Hotel was good , but due to food rates was very high. This the main reason. And hotel people order food from outside which make that expensive. In most of the hotels last order time is 10:30 pm but in this hotel even for a single tea cup it wS 9:30 pm . Which is disappointing .

Property is too old, located out side from city & service is too bad, even telecom not available in rooms. Food is very good but quantity is too low.

Room is full of mosquitoes and toilets are dirty, having no water even to wash hands.

Overall not recommended for future visit for any of your guest. MakeMyTrip remove this hotel from their list. Bathroom very bad with no proper toilet facilities like jet spray. No proper bath towel hangings or towel racks bathroom all the time slippery with water logging overall shabby bathroom. No proper housekeeping service only one room boy serving the entire hotel rooms. No intercom service with reception or with the room service. We were told to use our cell phones to get the services with no. They provided to call.

The way of the hotel is very easy. It is located on Jalandhar Batala road. The food is very good.
Staff is very cooperative. Food is good
