Review Of Hotel Windsmoor

One of the worst experience i ever had, very bad condition of hotel, room condition very bad, washroom very dirty, flash not working, no toothbrush, soap, ac not working even they don't have electricity we stayed almost 6 hrs in dark room that too during hot outside

Staff was cooperative, but i didn't like the room at all. They costs much as compared to the room and services. Spiders was roaming on the bed when i entered, cockroaches was running on the ground. Neither providing any kind of toothpaste nor packaged water bottle and they gave a very tiny soap.

Location, food and facilities of hotel was worst

Images did not match actual location. Rooms were not clean and congested. Washrooms were extremely dirty and not usable.

The hotel is very old and it was not maintained properly. Bathrooms are really in a very bad condition and even the bed in d room and ac is very old. The lick of the doors are in a very bad shape hence security is a big concern. No one stays at the reception in d night. Not at all recommended.

All three are below the mark. Food was below average, hygiene was not good. No covid protocol observed.

We stayed here for a night on the way to shimla, as soon as we entered the room, we were greeted by dust on all wooden surfaces. No amenities were provided like dental kit, shaving kit and slippers, not even packaged drinking water. Room service was also not up to the mark as nobody answered the calls. Front desk even didn't had our booking information. Well lesson learnd, would avoid this place next time.

Did not like the property, as very old with dirty rooms. Never order food from them, better go outside. For me it's 1 star only.

Location can not be better and the food quality is good, with the range and taste maintained keeping value of money in mind.

The food, service, behaviour of staff, service, cleaning, everything was bad. My clients from another country stay there. Even I cancelled my next days booking with loss of amount

I was charged for executive room, but there was no executive room in the Hotel
