Small room, not clean, charge extra for early check-in, not offer breakfast.

It is a good place to stay and hospitality of staff were nice.It is a recommended hotel if going to Varanasi

Staff had the polite behaviour and they were helpful. Room was not that much good but it’s okay. Overall stay was good.

I recently had a fantastic experience staying at [vinayak plaza. The hotel offers great value for money, with affordable rates without compromising on quality. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it easy to relax and unwind. The staff was friendly and always willing to help, which added to the overall positive experience. The location is convenient, close to key attractions and amenities, making it easy to explore the area. I was also impressed by the facilities available, including [pick and drop service.

Good for staying and found good service of food. I found a good environment and it is suitable for families.

The staff is great, rooms are clean. Overall environment is very good. Very near to sankatmochan mandir. Overall my stay is very good here.

The 2 rooms we already booked through you were not provided with TV. Reason quoted to us is that all rooms TV set were sent for repairs. Our room no. 301 was not provided with a mirror in the washroom. Waste bins weren't made empty in both the rooms. Lizard was entering the room from the window frame gap... A.C. remote was not working in room no.301. It was told to us that the Temp. is set fixed to low at 16°C No regulator to fan in Room no. 301 We have been told that this room is spacious, other rooms are either full or not spacious. Since the hotel booking has been done well in advance, these amenities would have been provided when we checked in.... Courteous talking by the staff is only the plus point.... Regards & Thanks. Worst service, they dont have a backup electricity. For everything i have to wait for 1 hour even for a water

Excellent behavior of the owner. Humanity is seen among very few people these days & i think he is one among whom. Humanity still persists. My child got sick & he personally took us to doctor. Thanks alot. Good service.
