Hotel location is excellent no issues. Horrible room, even dogs can't stay in that room. Bathroom looks like Govt. Hospital toilets...…..horrible smell. The response of the staff is VERY ARROGANT. They are not customer friendly at all. Check in took more than 45 min. even after 100% payment done online at the time of booking. They don't have any systems at all. Better to remove this hotel from your web page.

First of when I arrived there not Any room ready actually this hotel not consider online booking ......after that I have asked him about complimentary breakfast......he told there is not any breakfast facilities in our hotel but I have booked with breakfast if there is not have facilitie then why you give option with breakfast so it’s terrible hotel

The hotel is pathetic. Not worth for the price we paid for. No basic amenities. Toilet was stinking. Pillow covers were not cleaned. Hygiene is very poor. Suggest makemytrip to have basic checks before promoting any property.
