don't go for too much expectations looks ok , but mainly near no food hotels it's

Hotel location is good. There are cockroaches and lizards in the room, no hot water, dirty towels and linen. Entrance to hotel is very confusing, and not neat

room was full of cockroaches and spider web and room was really horrible.

I arrived at the hotel about 9. 30pm on 13 dec, 2014. The entrance to the hotel lobby is not clearly marked. However i explored my way by going to the lift at the basement level. In the lift also there no indication as to which floor the hotel is. Incidentally i pressed 3, and was lucky to fine the hotel lobby. The person attending the desk, gave the keys to the room (115 if i remember it right, just by asking my name. No hassle there. The room attendant came along with me and showed the room, opened it and turned the ac on. The ac started but there was no cool air coming. The boy assured me that it will get cool after a little while and left. He gave me a rolled up thing that is supposed to be a towel. It didn’t look clean. I asked him if i can get hot water for bath. He said it will come in the morning. I walked around the room, and the bath room, the floors are white tiles and seemed clean. I just wanted to have a fruit i brought with me. Cut it in half, and put one half on a small cloth i brought, on the desk with cupboard. In just a moment, i saw a baby cockroach creeping up from underneath the desk towards the half cut fruit! i was taken aback and quickly took away the cut fruit into my other hand, and scared away the roach. After finishing the fruit, i sat for a bit on the bed, the bed sheets had some stains and so i sat away from the sheets. In just a little while, i felt something creeping on the back of my neck! i showed it away and a big cockroach fell off me on the ground by the door corner! so i realized that if i turn off the light to sleep, more roaches will scramble on to me! so i left the light on, and used the blanket i brought with me to cover myself. The became quite cold amazingly! so after a while i had to turn it off and just left the fan on. Couldn’t sleep much because i had to keeps the lights on. Also it’s a spring mattress and so not quite comfortable. In the morning i went to shower about 7am, and turned the hot water tap on. After running a whole bucket of cold water the hot water started running. I was surprised that the hot water is quite hot and had a comfortable bath, as promised by the room boy! later i left.

The photos shared in are completely different with respect to type and size and completely disappointed with the kind of response and owner admitted it's their fault with outdated or wrong pictures shown

Hotel outside ambience is not good but inside rooms are good and spacious and price is not higher

No lights in property, acs didn't work, run down property, no restaurant, exactly opposite of what was shown in photos

As per my experience, i never seen in my life this type of hotel. This is completely worst with no maintenance, power cuts and too costly to stay. And i’ve got no breakfast even.

Stayed here with my family 2 days. During my stay was good. No restaurant is available in this hotel. Staff was good

No water. No food availability. Non availability of room boys. Even at least we cannot get tea coffee

Ok avarage while going to car park it is not good. All out side tiff-en no hotel in side. They extra bed charges 500 with me

The room booked vs offered was very different. The offered basic room and said that the room i booked which isn’t true
