Had a fantastic experience at Hotel Thousand Pillars. If you are visiting Warrangal try this hotel and the restaurant

The stay was very comfortable. we enjoyed our stay. Warm welcoming given by Front office and Housekeeping team. Very helpful and friendly staff at Front office. We will come back to visit again. Thank you for your Excellent hospitality service.

Absolutely terrible experience. After a long day of travelling and reaching the hotel at midnight, I was looking forward to a good night’s sleep. Instantly spotted a giant bed bug the second I entered the room. Upon complaining about it, one of the staff members did not take it seriously, got defensive and felt changing the sheets would suffice. After a lot of back and forth, and showing more bed bugs on the mattress, they decided to change the mattress. The new mattresses weren’t promising either. They looked old, musty and as you might guess, I found bed bugs after they changed the mattress as well. They were fully booked so couldn’t shift me to another room. Couldn’t find any other hotels to move to so I was stuck in this room for the night. Did not sleep, chose to sit on the chair until 5 in the morning until my cab arrived and slept in the car instead. Horrible experience. Do not recommend.

I had a wonderful experience staying at Thousand Pillars hotel. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, offering all the comfort I needed. The staff was extremely polite, helpful, and made sure I felt at home throughout my stay. The location was convenient, and the atmosphere was peaceful — perfect for relaxation. The food was tasty and freshly prepared, and the overall service exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend 1000 pillars hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay.

The location is really good, the staff is so so helpful and kind, especially Sunil. I’m happy with my stay, this is the second time I’ve booked this hotel.

There room boy not available and they told me beers take out side my self

We booked 3 rooms here but due to heavy rains, the roads are blocked in hyd and couldn't reach there, then i rescheduled it to next week. But only one room got rescheduled by MMT , a blunder on their part even though i mentioned multiple times. and then when we reached the hotel next week, we planned to just use washroom and then leave. we have my parents also with us, 68yrs age and they were not letting them use the room. pathetic service. Even though we paid, the service is not even worth 1K. eventually we decided to forego the rooms and go to another hotel.

Found the property locationsuggestions only, but it is not that much good. Food is average, we had it breakfast. AC is not working in one of the room. and amenities are not meeting expectations.

The checkin process was smooth however the staff kept for tip for I don't what as I didn't have any luggage. I had booked a deluxe room which is the base category but the room was small and bathroom was extremely small. Didn't take breakfast.

Food at hotel was excellent and location was in the center of town and near to bus station. Facilities were also good but washrooms could have been more neat and clean. Else stay was comfortable at the hotel

The hotel's location and food are both good. The staff were courteous and the room amenities were as promised. The rooms are small. We could only get the double bed room, and the spring mattress wasn't the best. They only have two parking slots, and the rest have to park on the road, which was a bit concerning but not a deal breaker. Overall, a decent option in Warangal.

PRO: the hotel is good staff is courteous and they respond on time. the room was well maintained and aesthetic was good CON the room is completely closed with one window and no view the bathroom is very small overall size of the room was also small Restuarant: when we went to the breakfast nost of the items in nenu were not available and even for idli vada they took 20 min to serve you can't cancel once you've placed a order.
