Had a blast at Thousand Pillar Cafe! The ambiance was lovely, staff was super polite, and the food was to die for. Definitely coming back next time I'm in Hanmakonda!

Clean and spacious room and bathroom. Housekeeping was timely and responsive. Morning breakfast was wholesome and had varieties. Location is great, always available auto service can take you any part of the city. Really good if you are there to visit NITW.

property is ok however its expensive for the location. Food too is ok. The biggest issue is the staff who do not understand language other than local. Hindi and English both are like foreign language with the staff. A simple request to make the bread a bit more crispier was understood by staff as applying butter. Even tea bag was not understood by the staff.

The stay was good. The food coupon which was provided by MMT was not good as it does not offer food of my choices and the same is the case with the breakfast coupon.

It’s an average place considering there are not many good hotels available in this town. It’s more of a budget hotel I would say. The rooms are decent size and have the basic amenities like TV, kettle, AC, locker water bottles and the bathroom was clean and neat too. The kettle wasn’t working but after raising a complaint they changed it. The room phone had some issue where I could not hear the person on the other side even after increasing the volume. Didn’t bother to ask them to change as they had a mobile number which could call for the reception and the restaurant. The restaurant food was good with south and North Indian dishes covered. The breakfast menu was limited though with no fruits at all on the menu. The location of the hotel is good as it’s easily accessible to most of the prominent places within 5 kms. Overall I would say a budget hotel without any perks for a short stay.

Our stay in Hotel Thousand Pillars has been most satisfactory. The hotel facilities were good and the hotel staff were hospitable, especially Mr. Sunil.The restaurant within the hotel also offered good food. Overall, it was a nice place to stay.

Room and Food was very good. Staff behavior could have been better at the restaurant. Sunil (Room service), Sudhakar (Security) And Pavani (Restaurant Sevice) were good with their behavior, but others didn't know how to attend guests and manage them properly Room and Food was very good. Stay was good and location is good but price I feel can be lower because nothing premium facilities available to justify the price

Property is good. Food taste is also good but they serve cold food, breakfast is very limited, almost everything was finished. Need to work on food management with respect to guest present.

The hotel rooms were well-maintained, and the staff was courteous. Cleanliness and hygiene standards were satisfactory. However, we encountered an issue with the breakfast timing. Although the package mentioned breakfast would be available from 7:30 AM to 10:30 AM, and we had paid for it in advance, the breakfast wasn't ready until 8:00 AM. We hope this can be improved for future guests.
