Review Of Hotel Prime Inn

Horrible stay not responding the night we came shutter was closed called them they didn't answer for like 20 minutes that too at night its already late at night no worker was available at night not even understanding about the situation worst staff

They are providing complementary breakfast everyday. Location is good for reaching bus stand or railway station. Coming facilities, may be they need to maintenance properly example ceiling fan regulator, washroom pipe leakage etc., Overall it is good.. Thanks to MakeMyTrip 🙂..

1. The room is not good, the bedsheets are torn & pillow covers smell bad 2. Door gaps 3. No water bottles 4. No restaurant available at hotel 5. Breakfast has very few options

hotel room is good there is no proper food or restaurant in the hotel not a good place to stay for corporates

Hotel prime inn is valuable for money, but in some circumstances, it's very poor service level, there is no proper cleaning, floor room both are not cleaned. cockroach enters into the room, bed bugs are in the cottage, bedsheet also. otherwise everything is ok.

Location is not great, but better than most hotels near Railway Stations. Rooms are OK. Bed covers are in poor condition.

Water bottle are not provided by them only complimentary 2bottel with half letter why I don't know they say after that we will give aro water

Hotel is good but staff was really a problem and they have no experience how to talk with guest and give service is horrible,,, totally management staff failure to maintain the Hotel value, immediately change this inexperienced and terribly staff

Room neat and clean. Staff courteous. Geezer tv functioning. Kettle and coffee and tea not provided. No restaurant. Have to depend on near by hotels and swiggy.

The room was dirty, the bathroom flush wasn't working, the staff was rude. They have gamed the rating to make it appear high

Okay stay. Cleanliness is not good. Don't have enough utensils to serve breakfast. Even tea cups were not provided to all guests. Tv doesn't work. You don't get remote for ac.
