It was all glam from outside but from the inside room was smelly,floor was sticky,bed was too too uncomfortable. Bathroom was too smelly,discoloured and the flush and shower were not at all working.

The rooms were extremely dirty and not cleaned at all. Bedsheets were used and not changed even on the first day. The washroom was horrible — geyser didn’t work, water kept leaking, and it was not clean. All corners of the room were dirty and unhygienic. Nothing was good about this stay, and I don’t recommend this property at all.

The hotel room was extremely disappointing. There was a strong smell of cigarette smoke inside, and an ashtray in the room clearly indicated that the previous guest had smoked there. The room was not properly cleaned, and no air freshener had been used. The bed sheets were dirty, with visible stains and hair on them. The worst part was that our room was on the 3rd floor — when we checked in around 10 PM after attending a wedding ritual, the entire floor was filled with light bugs, many of which had entered our room as well. When we reached out to the attendant for help, he simply said it was too late to do anything. We were traveling with our 2-year-old child, which made it even more difficult to manage in such unhygienic conditions. The washroom was also in terrible shape. Overall, I would rate the hotel’s maintenance a zero.
