The bedding stayed fresh, the environment peaceful, and the staff helpful everything was balanced leaving me impressed with their steady consistency.

The hotel room was extremely disappointing. There was a strong smell of cigarette smoke inside, and an ashtray in the room clearly indicated that the previous guest had smoked there. The room was not properly cleaned, and no air freshener had been used. The bed sheets were dirty, with visible stains and hair on them. The worst part was that our room was on the 3rd floor — when we checked in around 10 PM after attending a wedding ritual, the entire floor was filled with light bugs, many of which had entered our room as well. When we reached out to the attendant for help, he simply said it was too late to do anything. We were traveling with our 2-year-old child, which made it even more difficult to manage in such unhygienic conditions. The washroom was also in terrible shape. Overall, I would rate the hotel’s maintenance a zero.
