Review Of Grand Kakatiya Hotel

An average budget hotel. The location was very good. Room size was adequate. The room was clean. AC was effective. Bed was good. I had not taken any food in the hotel, hence no. comment on the food part. The reception was in the 2nd floor. It was a very small part in the corridor of the 2nd floor. On arrival there was no soap in the bathroom, but on asking it was provided by the reception staff. The staff was well behaved & helpful. The bathroom was small, but clean. Unfortunately they did not provide any bathroom toiletries like shampoo etc. So one has to bring along while staying there.

Clean rooms but dirty linen with hairs. Hotel was just reusing linen and pillow covers with the dirty party inside the quilt. Even the one brought for replacement on our pointing out the dirty linen was equally dirty. Toilet cleanliness was just so-so. For one night ( check in 1900 and check out 0500) it was ok stay.

Relying on MakeMyTrip reviews for Tier 2 cities is ridden with risk. Reviews were misleading, not at a good stay for the money. Rooms were tidy but beddings were untidy, towels were bad. Bathrooms were not maintained. The biggest problem was breakfast. They advertise breakfast included BUT there is not functioning restaurant in the mornings! they are getting breakfast from a nearby joint on order and serve it cold! To top it all - there is no coffee/tea provision in the rooms or in the 4th floor restaurant. Which hotel doesn't serve coffee/tea? crazy....

Clean rooms and good breakfast.Quick check in and well behaved staff .Affordable rates .Will visit again .

Location fine .But poor access. Electric Kettle was not working.Staff were helpful.

Pros: I have stayed in suit room the rooms are big and comfortable Both living room and bedroom clean and spacious Cons: - the plates are dirty and cant even look at, this is big disappointment -The bathroom needs attention to meet suit room standards -Providing number of towles to all members instead of requesting

Room is clean and decent . Beds are too hard and inconvenient. Staff is courteous. Ample parking . Hotel location is convenient.

I had a wonderful experience at Hotel Grand Kakatiya. The hotel offers excellent facilities with a very spacious parking area. The staff were extremely professional, and always ready to help with a smile. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a pleasant and hassle-free stay!

We had a best stay at Hotel Grand Kakatiya .They have a Restaurant on fourth floor with beautiful ambiance and the food was amazing we love it.And the best part is they got good parking space too.

It was a wonderful experience staying at Grand kakatiya Warangal. The staff were very polite and helpful especially Mr Raju who helped a lot. The location is perfect and it's 10mins drive to all attractions in the city. Rooms are spacious and very well maintained. They have a good car parking facility which is a boon. Overall it's a great property to stay in if someone is planning to visit Warangal.
