I stayed here for 2 days. It was a good experience. Staffs are very well behaved and polite. Room was clean and spacious

Service was not good as expected whatever we ordered was delivered too late moreover you gave a TV in a room although after complaining about it that it's not working none actions were taken 😞 and also 2 lights in the room was off..

It’s good for singles, not couples. Door has no knob on the top which can be used as double security for couples. It has only the key lard access and they can open it from outside when u r inside. An additional knob inside could have provided for couples security.

Room was decent but the bathroom was small with little space at the toilet. Experience with room service was good. Breakfast was okayish - I wouldn't mind skipping it. Lift is there although it's a bit slow. Parking is available for approximately 6-7 cars in the basement and you can take lift from basement. Hotel location is in a market area.

I have been staying continuously for the last two months here, No TV in any room and no hygiene and service is poor 😔 and in wash rooms water leakage.

I had a terrible experience during my stay and i feel compelled to warn others about the issues i encountered: when i raised concerns, the attitude was dismissive, and there was no effort to resolve the issues i faced. To make matters worse, i discovered that there was no emergency exit, which is a serious safety violation. This is alarming, as it could pose a huge risk in the event of a fire or any other emergency. Only one lift for entry and exit, steps are blocked from 2nd floor. Toilet tiles and fixtures were grimy and the floor had a foul odor that made using the bathroom very uncomfortable. Overall, the poor service, lack of emergency precautions, and the disgusting

Washrooms are not good. No proper service. Rude staff behavior. Worst behavior of sraff. Restaurant is not good. Limited of 1 or 2 items in breakfast. Machine coffee is served.

. Rooms are very stinky. They don't provide even water and glass. The lift provided is also operational from the reception and one has go often to reception from the floor by staircase.
