Hotel Shreya

Hotel location is good. Rooms are very small. Room maintenance & washroom maintenance is very poor. Most of the tabs, shawer, toilet system are damaged. In three days stay, they shifted me in three different rooms. I shall never stay in this hotel and will not recomend to anyone. Choice of complimentary breakfast is very limited & monotonous. Same food everyday. Only room service system & staff were good.

Hotel shreya is good. rooms are good ambience. Restaurant food very tasty 😋.Staff service ver well..

Worst maintenance. No water in the wash basin and flush. After complaining multiple times also no proper response. I don’t suggest this hotel to anyone.

I taken deluxe ac room. They mentioned the room size was 168sqft. But hotel room was very very tiny. Its not worthy compared to what i paid. Breakfast also limited options and average food.

Rest rooms are not good, single occupancies are very conjested. Washroom. Commodes are very old and not in neat consigion. Maintaince ia very poor and not maintained as per the standards. Need to improve in terms of hygienic and maintainence.

Very low on room hygiene and breakfast is free but there is no bread/toast in breakfast. Only dosa, idly and vada. Staff behaviour is nice, that's a only relief

No room service, no cleaning, water problem and pillows are very hard and food also. Rats are also staying in my room.

Even though the rooms are small, it is neat. The room service is also good. Furniture needs upgrading.

Standard rooms are very Small rooms as compared to rates what hotel is charging. Even property from inside looks little old.

Very tiny rooms, floor is very sticky, couldn’t walk without shoes. No proper water in washroom. Flush tank not working. Definitely not recommended for tourists coming to hanmakonda

Very small room, poor service in restaurant, the person who was sweeping floor, served breakfast with no washed hands, food very costly compared to taste and quality, being mm t package buyer, got treatment like free service consumer. Will not book shreya again.

Worst hotel, which i have seen my life, before getting into this hotel, i have seen many reviews, due to season we couldn’t get hotel in outside, only this one was vacant, we book then we come to know why we book and why people are giving negative feedback

Good: breakfast was tasty bad: room had no ventilation, breakfast had less quantity, management was not good, price was too high for the rooms

Everything is excellent except bathroom was smelling like hell. Cleanliness was 100. Room service was also very good.

Excellent location. Room service and staff behavior was really good. No dedicated car parking space, but can park opposite side the hotel in road side. Security will be available. Overall very comfortable stay for 3 days for family.

Room ok for only 2 adults. We were 3. Third person accommodation is not possible, so do not try same.

Spaces good enough for stay but services including room service, restaurants and others are not at all up to the mark and needs quite a lot of improvement

Accommodation is good but food has no taste.
