Hotel O Chowrasta Near Congress Bhavan

I loved the sense of independence this hotel provided while still offering support when needed, creating the perfect environment for my solo travel adventure overall.

Have checked in at 7pm and found the room was not cleaned. Found a dirty towel and used soaps in the restroom. Have asked the property person for cleaning but no proper response was received. Running water was not coming, I tried connecting with the MMT team but failed to do as the call is being rejected automatically. Have asked for a Copy invoice but was not provided.

The poor maintenance of the room. When we entered the room the bedsheets weren’t changed. They have stains on it. The room service visited very late next day. They haven’t provided any water. We have to go down stairs on our own to take water. And the wash basin was not clean either and was full of cobweb. In corridor there were beer bottles were there. That was not cleaned. Also they didn’t provide any soap or shampoo which is generally provided by any other hotel or stay. Overall the experience is not good.

Timeless elegance, spotless rooms, and warm service. The afternoon snacks were delightful. A perfect retreat for any traveler. Can’t wait to return!

The hotel provided an amazing breakfast that had a magnificent array of fresh and fine food here.

the place, rooms and customer dealing are good but they are not maintaining the room clean. ..Sink is always clogged... bathroom buckets are dirty... floor is dusty...so on.

As per seen in make my trip like flagship star hotel and room picture that were no any type above mention totally froad by the company. Very bad experience. Very dirty blanket and towel. Dirty room. And bed sheet. Vary disgust experience. No thank u This is star one hotel no flagship hotel. And no one person know to about this.

The room was well-organized and had a comfy bed with clean sheets and blankets. The room itself was clean and tidy.
