When I reached the hotel, I was told there are no standard AC rooms available even when I booked and paid for the 2 standard AC rooms . They asked me to talk to MakeMyTrip customer care instead, I reached the hotel at around 1 AM, when I insisted I wanted the AC rooms at the reception they somehow managed one AC room and another Delux AC room. I see a clear lack of communication between the Hotel and the MakeMyTrip. I did not see any phone numbers as well to talk to the hotel after Booking.

This hotel is not recommended for senior citizens like us. There are no support railings and slopes at the entrance to enter the hotel reception. Difficult for climbing steps. There are no support grips in wash rooms.

Decent hotel for a town like warangal. Do not expect 5 star facilities here. Reasonable pricing and has restaurant too. We didn't utilise their restaurant as they serve both veg & non-veg. But overall experience was good.

The hotel is centrally located. Though it is an old building, maintenance is good. Bed sheets and pillow covers are clean. Hotel staff are polite and prompt. A good restuarant is located on the ground floor and beverages like tea, coffee, horlics etc are slightly over priced.
