Rooms are not good not clean badly maintained poor response at reception hotel had to take another hotel for stay

Not at all clean we had to call before check in to clean no toilet roll available bad service open doors of other rooms

Hotel room is very disappointing, and there is no proper ambience as as shown in the picture. It was a very disappointing. Even the staff is not so good. They are not in a supportive mood. Also, you literally won’t believe my system table has been broken when I have kept the laptop on the table there is an mention that free complimentary breakfast. But after reaching the location, there is no cafe and there is no breakfast has been provided, including we need to purchase a water bottle every day and literally you won’t believe there is no room cleaning service stayed over for five days. I have breakfasting that guy and also there is some nuisance going about the gym exactly have seen in the room number 202 and about above me, there was a gym located so every day morning, like usually from morning 5 o’clock till seven 30. There is a disturbance creating on the gym person, so I have complained to the management, but there is still there is no action would be taken from site, so this is my the bad experience have review faced in the Hotel. Kindly make an highlight and make this issue highlight.

Bed sheets and pillow were so stinky asked the staff to change them but they bought the used ones 2. ⁠Placed torn towel in the room 3. ⁠Didn’t filled the Body wash 4. ⁠commode was not functional and they changed the room after 3 hours 5. ⁠unable to sleep from 5:00AM as the sounds came from upstairs and it was so bad experience for me

The hostel is relatively good with locations next to shopping centres as well as good restaurants, but I do find the space a little small but otherwise highly rated

extra bed was really bad and there were mosquitoes coming from the ac, no breakfast available even though it was said breakfast would be given .

Very bad experience not hand wash, towel nothing in room TV connection is also disconnected. Breakfast give me in plastic rapper without any plate and bowl. Money wasted hotel.

they denied first as we booked from online as we requested later they accepted. Rooms are small , no water complementary , no extra towels ..

Worst experience ever . Unfriendly staff. Complete liers . Completely unsafe for women Staff is threatening the mmt customers

The location of the hotel was in prime area where nearby restaurants were available Good facilities at the hotel by service staff

Booking done inclusive of Breakfast. But Hotel denied

Room and washroom was neat and clean. However the lock was not working.. It was a short stay,so no major impact. But digital room lock should be fixed proactively especially during peak season

Stay was quite comfortable. Hotel location was the best part of the stay, as it was within heart of city. Although, there are few cons that I would like to share. Firstly, the flush was not working, also the room we stayed didn’t have proper ventilation (no windows or any space for air to escape). Secondly, basic items such as soap, drinking water, towel was not provide before we asked.

Location is good but the room is not convenient but have too much mosquitoes so that sleep is disturbing, staff is good and supportive

Property location is in the prime area But in our room the bathroom was not good and heater was not working. The manager tried to change our room but the other room also had same issue.

I saw this property through makemytrip. Good to stay and relax here. Amenities and services also good.

We actually looked for another hotel nearby, but it was bad. So we walked on the streets and found this hotel. When inquired about the room n price, the staff stated it is 1800/- per night, and asked us to view the prices online, n see if we can get it for less price. I checked in makemytrip app n found the best price with added discount. The rooms are decent, clean, hygienic and most importantly the washroom is clean. The location is at prime area, with almost everything one can ask for. But yeah, we did not opt for breakfast from hotel, so cannot guarantee about food.
