Review Of HOTEL THE ROYALS AND LODGING

Bed sheets and linen were very bad and not washed. Toilet and bathroom was not cleaned and was messy too. Dustbin was full of garbage and unsocial things. Croakroaches were there on bed. No hygiene and sanitation was maintained. If mm t wants its name clear then i suggest you to please over your tie up with this hotel.

Cleanliness was not there, no food even breakfast or tea available at the hotel. Problem with booking a cab in that area. Lift was also not available. Bedsheet and blankets in the hotel were not clean and smelling.

Very pathetic stay actually the hotel is not for family its only made for couples for start 3-4 hrs. There is no service staff. There is no drinking water service by hotel it's paid sevice very unhygienic rooms without clean bedsheet and pillows tv is there but not working. Even if you required anything there is not a single staff to help u there. I will not recommend this still to stay for family.

Cleanliness of bedsheet can be improved, it was not washed no running hot water - water to be heater used heater rod which is shared

There is room service and reception boy’s response are not good. There food quality is very less. There management is not good.

Very good staff, food is good, room size is small, no tv connection, no 24 x 7 service. Not good ambience, toilets are not clean, not much vivid related hygiene issues are being taken care,

Staff's behaviour was very good. Family atmosphere.

Staff was very friendly. The hotel is little far from highway hence getting transport is tough however Uber works after couple of tries. Food was amazing. No need to go out or use Swiggy. Just press room service button and it will be prepared at the same hotel. No lift, no ATM nearby, not much noise outside. Good beds.
