Worst hotel ever stayed, it is a non star lodge never a 3 star hotel

The service was excellent, and the room was very clean and hygienic. The staff were extremely supportive and helpful. Overall, a great experience — highly recommend visiting this property.

Dinner and Breakfast was arranged from Outside of the property and no inhouse restaurant in MMT website Restaurant pic is given and Dinner is very limited a person can not satisfy with this type of dinner served.

Very bad experience. We have booked three rooms but alloted only two rooms No room service available. Rooms are very unorganised and dirty ..full of sippage In one word...Very pathetic

Its a good budget guest house for those coming with an intention of pilgrimage. The room is clean with all the necessary amenities. The staff at the desk is helpful and guides you for site seeing. They can arrange for a vehicle. The drawback is that there is no restaurant but there are good vegetarian restaurants in the vicinity. Its not a full fledged hotel and the pictures may not accurately resemble the actual appearance. It is not meant for those who are looking out for a plush luxurious accommodation.

Budget wise good and clean, if I travel next time again try to stay same place and it’s close to Temple

Totally misleading add... We booked for RL but they took us to Ramansh which was on another location... Pathetic service no amenities were there as mentioned... Waste of money

It was one of the worst experience I had in recent times. To start with, they gave me standard AC room against my booking of Delux AC room. After confronting and showing them the booking specifications they reluctantly change my room. Room was not provided with electric kettle, iron board, hair dryer and other amenities even though it was mentioned while booking. Hotel did not have such infrastructure. The hotel is unfriendly for senior citizens as the entry is very shabby with small and high stairs. Water pressure in the washroom was very low. Water was only trickling. One has to fight with the main door and lock to open and close. If you are getting bored, then you have a company of rats. Don't select any meals as you will lose your appetite by the time they deliver your food. Staff there has no decorum. They sleep at the reception. Actually there is no trained staff. It is managed by two or three local boys. All in all it was a very bad experience. I think they forgot to put the negative sign before that. It raises serious doubts about the process of validation by MMT.

The owner has given our booking to other guests and didn't provide us rooms. we arranged our own alternate space. The person on reception was giving false statement in front of us . People should not go with this property. Rooms were smelly.

Horrible hospitality, representative was not receiving call till 4-5 hrs . After arriving hotel,they said rooms are not available. We call MMT customer care then after 1 hrs we got room, amenities mentioned by the hotel like cattle, chair, hair dryer, ironing board,iron were completely missing even they didn’t provide a water bottle. Window was covered by bed sheet in place of curtain. I will never recommend anybody for this hotel. MMT is getting worst. किसी भी होटल को वॉच लिस्ट में रख कर एमएमटी ख़ुद का रिप्यूटेशन ख़राब कर रहा है ।

The amenities shown during booking of room, are only to attract customers. In the photos, electric kettle and tea kit is shown in every room. However this was not provided despite asking the manager. The food waste and garbage remained dumped near stairs (going from ground floor to first floor)in the open inside the hotel itself for nearly 18 hours.

There is no kitchen in Hotel premises. All food ordered takes time upto hours as the hotel staff brings food from outside food outlets. Tastewise, food was good. Property location is near Ram Mandir.. approx 1.5 km from Ram mandir ..2 rooms were booked of which AC was not working properly in one room.. Railing is not there on stairs.. Rest all were good..
