Property was not good ,will never suggest to any one to stay ... Worst experience , they don't know how to run hotel..... Very poor and my suggestion pls remove from MMT

The ambiance, washroom and other amenities everything is pathetic. Worst experience I have ever had. Rs 2000 is much more than enough for this and I have paid much more than that

The hotel hardly has any facilities, it’s more of a guest house with just a room and attached bathroom. It comes with no other facilities and no amenities. For use of toilet also each time you have to alert them by walking down the stairs to the reception to fill the tank, such that the cistern becomes operative. One of the very bad stays!

very very spacious big rooms, can accommodate ten guest🤩. planty of parking space. food is good and fresh. AC cooling and water heating system works.

Incredible experience. If you are travel-ling with your own vehicle. Best spacious place to stay on your road trip.

The washroom was not clean the bedding was smelling no room service

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future

Location was excellent, in main tourist street, close to bus and train station. Staff was friendly and helpful. Facility was clean and area seemed safe. Loved sitting in the balcony in the evening.

Lovely and amazing hotel. I have been to munnar with family. Hotel is the good location and suitable for family member. I booked the hotel and got best of the price. Room was big and quality of food was good with reasonable price

Property under construction, bathroom didn't have hangars or latches to close. No restaurant. It appeared that i am living within fields. Gave feedback to owner but it appeared he doesn't want to listen. Rooms were big. Parking is there, but muddy.

It was a terrible experience and suggest you to remove this property from your list as it tarnish your reputation also. Not even a bathroom hanger was available! i don’t want to describe more. Staff were not at all trained to handle guests. Very bad experience!
