There were No HOT water to bath, Broken Mirror Moisture in Wall Breakfast quality not Good Broken Wash Basin Hand wash dispenser not working

Washrooms are so bad . Food quality also not good . There is mosquito/fly in food

No room ac working no door lock and main thing staff did not listened anything and special telephone is also not working

Good hotel with approachable to all places nearby in chandigarh ,food is also good , room was good & service wa also nice

I had a genuinely pleasant stay at this hotel even though it was just for one night. From the moment I arrived, everything felt smooth and welcoming. The cleanliness was maintained very well throughout the rooms, washrooms and common areas were clean and fresh. The staff were polite, attentive, and helpful which really made a difference. The room was comfortable and well kept, providing a peaceful space to relax after long days out. I also appreciated the food and service everything was served on time, tasted great and felt hygienic. Overall, it was a well-managed property, and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable and friendly place to stay.

The staff was good and property was also good

There were some serious hygiene issues with small cockroaches roaming around in the room as well as restaurant. Ok for one night stay.

Property was good Bedsheets, pillows, towels was neat and clean Complementary tea bags, coffee pouches, water bottle available DTH is also working with full channels Overall good experience.

It was a horrible experience, pathetic staff , poor food quality, pathetic service, no hygiene maintenance , terrible hotel service , its a shame on hospitality….

Disaster room with cocroaches and ant everywhere on beds also - Bad smell coming on food and room all the time

The location was not good, services and hygiene werent good either. One od our rooms had problem with ventilation or air conditioning. Compared to the price we paid, the hotel stay was little inconvenient

rooms are old .some important in hotel . brakefast are good.hotel is near by mall and many shops nearby.

Location is very beautiful and near to my place where I had a meeting. Service is wonderful and staff very cooperative.

All were good. Renovation required. As it is for business class traveller & location set accordingly with industrial area, must give option for individual beds rather than double beds.
