Wonderful stay, room was clean, staff was helpful, and washroom was clean. I suggest few snacks/ munchies and few beverages can be kept free as a welcome goodie.

No telephone available in the room, kettle was dirty, no hot water in the bathroom... cleaning was also pathetic, pest control smell in the room

Hotel needs renovations completely their is nothing to hang clothes in bathroom with no accessories to hang toilet roll. Mineral water is not complimentary except for two 500 ml bottles

Very poor service in room and restaurant. Every time you will have to ask for every single items and toiletries

One of the best hotels in sector-63 to stay in mohali. Very spacious rooms with nice ambience. Food at the restaurant was amazing and very delicious. Staff and service was also very prompt. Overall it was a nice experience staying at this hotel. These are the few reasons we chose to stay again at this hotel on our second trip to chandigarh. Highly recommended.

The hotel staff was really cautious in nature and especially taken care extra cleanliness as i stayed post surgery one day. They made sure my stay is safe from any infection prone area, and cleaned whole room, bathroom carefully. Room service was very good.

Location, services, safety, food and all other stuff were beyond expectations. One of my best experience. As a frequent traveler (across the globe) this was one of most comfortable stay and loved it.

Very well maintained cleanness was top notch friendly staff and very helpful too this was my short trip but overall enjoyed staying at this hotel had sent some special requests before check in were really taken care of i recommend this plc.

1) the air con was of smaller s
