Hotel rooms are good - neat and clean - food is not available-needs to be made available. Hot water was not available

AC was not working and after lots of request they ready to shift another room. 2. ⁠Non of restaurant was working evey not able to serve tea or coffee. 3. ⁠no wi-fi was available as there was very poor network in room. 4. ⁠there are lots of spots was on bed sheet and after request they are not ready to change with fresh one. 5. ⁠ and many more.

Rooms are absolutely hot. AC not able to cool the rooms. Even though we had booked breakfast with the stay, when we went for breakfast there was almost nothing left, and this was almost half an hour before breakfast closes.

Nice room, If you have a vehicle then definitely book a room in this hotel, staff is polite,clean room room and nice facilities

Awesome place to live near by the Shreshth Bharat Bhavan. Greate room, Good space, Good food, Great service and amazing staff.

Location is good. Rooms were spacious. Food was good. Stay was good but rooms can use some cleaning.

First , they gave rooms which were smelling but on request they changed the rooms. The check out time should be at least 11 a.m .

The stay was amazing. The property was also very nice, the location is also nearby to the railwaystation as well as the restaurants and cafe and mainly the campus os Statue of Unity is also nearby that is a very good point about it. The staff was also very supportive.

The hotel room, bathroom, toilet are clean. The parking arrangement is also excellent. The food here is also tasty and the behavior of the staff is also good. Only the arrangement for the driver's stay is not so good. Safety is also excellent here as cctv cameras are installed in the entire area, the area is also very peaceful. If someone comes to visit the statue of unity, this is a very good hotel in his budget.

Breakfast is very good. Rooms are spaceous. Location is not too far from sou so commute is convenient and if you have own car then to and fro for sou is simple. Staff are cooperative and supportive and very polite. Ambience was also fantastic. Newly opened property so you feel that energy of being new. Only feedback to hotel is to arrange kettle in room so guest can have tea or coffy anytime without restaurant. Rest overall experience in hotel was very great. Most important hotel is available at affordable rate compared to other similar properties.

Average Experience. Newly started venture. Need to ask for everything in room. Like Dustbin, water, towel, cleaning. Had mixed experience with food as well. Food was also very average. One dinner item (Manchurian) was not fresh and stale. Balls were too hard like stone. When complained about quality, restaurant manager admitted that it was not fresh and he changed with other food item. As a courtesy, they should have charged that. But opposite to expectation ...
