Food was excellent, good location, good service and nice basic amenities. Staff is very polite and helpful

Average stay facility at hotel vr. Breakfast option is not available also breakfast is costly compared to location. Room quality is also not upto the mark. No sitting table in room for any guest who can meet or visit to you. No chairs available in room given to me.

The food was good but the price was a bit high as compared to the restaurant menu. They added a room food service charge on every item that i ordered in the room without letting me know. I ordered from a regular restaurant menu which price was normal but when checked out they invoiced with a high price. In the room, there is no chair or table where we can sit and eat. I don't understand if the hotel does not have any dining arrangements in the room then why should they suggest guests eat in the room without dining table

Bathroom was not clean, no hot water, bathroom floor is slippery, i almost slipped. Bathroom had broken connections for lights and exaust fan. Food was good. Ac worked well

Looks costly at given price point. Should have provided with some base amenities like water bottles, electric kettle, proper place holders to keep things for families with kids.

My stay was pleasant at vr inn the hotel is decent, staff is very cooperative and the food is amazing i guess this hotel is perfect for family compared to others in this price range.

hotel vr in seems good for stay but i am sharing what we experienced during our stay on 29-30 july 2023,…rooms have no chairs and tables, rooms have no bottles of drinking waters…they have provided the filled steel waterjug on asking but it is not cleaned… during night hours we are not provided the hot waters…instead on calling one of their staff said it will come after 5 minutes but when we call again after not getting hot water in bathroom someone else had picked the phone and said hot water available for morning only… and for second day at 6:30-7am no one even receiving call at reception and not getting hot water 🚿 in morning times also…it will be available once they are getting awake after comfortable sleep… so services are not good during our stay.

The staff was very cooperative and helpful. The rooms were also nice. Value for money. There was ac issue for a bit which was rectified in a single call

Excellent stay

Room condition was not satisfactory. Toilet commode was in broken condition,toilet shower stand was in broken condition, Night light was fused, washroom light & exhaust fan were connected by same same switch & exhaust fan was making too much noise. Almirah door was not closing, poor hygienic condition of bed, bedsheet was red spotted looking like some waste discharged on bed sheet, blanket was not covered & blanket was not disinfectant. Water bottle not provided.

Had good experience here. Staff was good. Attached restaurant is too good. Only thing since it's on highway in night you have to bear car noise.

Hotel staff is inefficient in managing their daily routine activities.

To start with hotel was clean, staff was courteous, food quality was good, but there were many small things that were missing. First of all was there r no chairs in any rooms, toiletries were kept below mirror in the room and not the bathroom, single towel between three people. When u pay 4k+ taxes these things should b there.

We paid approximately 5k for one night - the employees were not friendly and least focused on the requirements of the guest - the room was not in good condition - there were dirt patches on the wall and it was very clear as the color of th wall was white - the bathrooms were not in good condition - the tap was not working properly, the flush was defective. However they were hygenic - they had a connecting restuarant wherein the food was okay
