Clean and pleasant stay with courteous and warm staff near prime location. Compact rooms with clean linen and clean toilets. Breakfast spread was simple and tasty. Parking is limited

was on business trip, checked in at 8 pm on 17th and checked out at 9 am on 18th they took 15 minutes to provide a towel, that too provide wet one hot water not there at night, intercom not worked properly property number given in MMT is not working during breakfast staff behaviour was not good, ordered for poori but same not served even after 20 minutes of waiting also, as to walk out without breakfast and staff least bothered to address the same when discussed these with reception staff no response from them some one called in the afternoon to rake feedback, when i told pathetic she hanged up the call

House Keeping was not good, Service of the food at restaurant is very slow, maintenance of the hotel is like a local lodge, they have kept the used shampoo packs as we can find the dust around the room .... no where satisfied with the pricing

Worst experience. No proper service and communication, tvs won’t work, phones doesn’t work. No proper communication for night shift person and morning shift person.

There was no receptionist to allot a room and we had to wait. The tv had no connection. No water for drinking was provided. The toiletries was half filled. Only limited items in the menu were available.

The stay at tejaswini grand was good and the service was excellent even the food at the restaurant was also clean and tasty. But the front office need improvement, it needs smart people who can be proactive so that the customer will have better experience.
