The hotel quality is very poor and does not match the price charged. The service is also unsatisfactory. I had informed the hotel that I would be arriving 2 hours late, but they still asked me to pay the full amount. There is no option to pay only for the actual stay duration, which is very unfair. For just a 2-hour delay, they charged me for a full 24 hours. The staff behavior and language were also not professional. Overall, I did not receive proper treatment.

Overall, it's a good value for money. Accessibility is good and there is ample parking space. Rooms were clean and staff were courteous.

nice and pleasant place. Noise and pollution free since away from main City. Food I did not order anything to review. Rooms are very big and we'll maintained.

there is not any cleanness in the room, bedsheets are not clean as well. No cold drinking water present, took extra charge for the water itself. We have to stay one night only so didn’t bother much but not recommended. Moreover its a bar cum hotel.

Located in iyappa gud and rooms are decently big. But the amenities are not maintained properly. For air-conditioner & tv remote was not provided initially and the provided one after request was not working properly. Service was very poor. Even for water we have to request several times. Car parking having spacious place. Smoking and drinking smell was too much and not advisable for family stay. Bar and restaurant is attached.

No neatness, you’ll dust pricking your leg while walking in the room. Will never recommend to anyone.

I am from Bangalore to attend my brother in law's daughter's wedding. Despite my 60th age and in the unhealthy condition i felt and deser:ed peace of mind.

Washroom flush was not working. I tried calling the restaurant atleast 10 times not once did they pick the call. Reception service was ok but i had to wait for the receptionist for 30 mins to check in

The Property and the location are excellent. The staff are good and the rooms are well maintained. Vegetarian food has to be sourced from outside. The bathrooms can be maintained better.

Washroom not cleaned properly and bedrooms also, bad smell is coming in room and no ac working properly

Pathetic hotel. Pathetic stay. And security issues. Stinky and shady rooms. Unclean rooms. Just avoid even if you are offered to stay free

It would be gud to clean the corners of the room as well

Parking was inside the campus which was an advantage to the customers, but bathroom was filthy and stinky at the same time
