One of the worst service. The management has to train the service people. Morning at 6 AM hotel service man came and he keep on calling the door bell and disturbing us and asking for tip saying that his shift will get end by 7:00 AM

I had an average experience during my stay. The biggest issue was the management — they seemed a bit irresponsible, especially if you book online. The room wasn’t well-prepared: the bathroom and bedsheets were not clean, and there were no toiletries or even water bottles provided. Overall, not a very welcoming experience. Needs better maintenance and basic hospitality.

The room is somehow adjustable but staff are not so good in hostility. Also there is no pest control in the room so insects come if you leave any food for some time. Anyhow for a single person it may be adjustable as per price.

I have done hassle free checkin. Staff is good and rooms are big and clean. I have taken two rooms and in one room ac remote is not working. Reported to hotel staff and they accepted their mistake and mentioned that it will be rectified. Other than that it is a good experience.

We booked a triple ac room, but the experience was disappointing. The room and beds were not clean, with dust visible in many places. The bed sheets were dirty and unusable. The room and floor had a foul smell, and it appeared that outsiders were allowed to drink inside, creating an atmosphere unsuitable for families.
