HThe hotel room was not well maintained, and the cleanliness was poor. The staff were not cooperative, and I did not receive my bill on time. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

Room is clean only but it looked like a pg not like a hotel. Cigarette smell in room.but bed, room, bathroom and service are good only. Suitable for bachelors not for a family.

The room is good. There is no air outlet in restroom.they took extra charges

Stay is not at all good, no higenic, no neatness, room was not at all clean, no hot water. Everything is messes messe.

Bedsheet darty, windows cotton also. Not washes from last 5 years, bed side plug was not working. No water bottle given, so soap, no towel.

Amenities like free parking shown in make my trip app while booking, but after going there they are not provided parking

Hotel ambience and room condition is good, room is very clean, but the management are not supportive, little harsh, arrogant and impolite. Rest its good, actually due to that manager, i could not continue there for next day.

Good stay, very accomadable

The room is not clean, not even broomed. Before booking i tried to reach on phone but their contact numbers are not working. Our plan was to reach there by 6:30am and leave by 9pm on the same day. We requested them that we will be coming and need early checkin at the time of booking but they did not care. For them 12pm checkin is 12pm. You cannot be so rigid. We had to pay rs1000 for early checkin and then stay in 1 non ac dirty room. Water problem, hot water problem. We booked 2 rooms from 12pm but we did not get it even a minute ago. We told them that we need to go to dargah etc and we will not be in the room. So when you give us our booked rooms at 12pm we will be outside already. They told us to continue with the room. Unfair way of adjusting the room. We paid 3200rs for just half day. Extremely unfair

Though the accommodation was booked in advance for a 12 noon check-in, the person at the reception said the room was not ready and advised me to sit and wait for sometime when i arrived and asked for the room at past 12 noon. . Incidentally, the room was readily available as informed by the room boy, and i was given a room immediately. The room was okay for the price of rs 700 paid for it. But the bed linen could be cleaner.

Hotel sai priya residency nellore i am complain about the rude service. I'm received at the reception during my stay the staff's behavior was unprofessional and disappointing.

Booked for a property but they showed another one which is in few hundred metres. My room was dirty with cigarette smell. Had host of other cleaning issues
