Dr Uttama hotel is not suggestable for staying
Beds are too hard(unable to sleep) and room also not comfortable for that price ......................

The maintanence was sub par and with its reputation of hosting delegating visiting Nellore and other near towns, the rooms should have been maintained well but that was not the case.. atlease the one we were alloted(3003). The shower isnt working properly. the room is not good.

Big rats roaming all over room and making sounds all the night. Worst hotel to stay and as its property is very old. I feel people should avoid stying here .

Poor Stay
No proper room service and we are booked one room they gave another room, which smells weird. No ventilation in room and washroom has no exhauster fan. No valet parking. Not recommended for family stay.

Worst experience
Extremely disappointing experience! The hotel's management and maintenance are subpar. Check-in was delayed by nearly an hour, and the room was in poor condition. The AC was malfunctioning, the TV remote was broken, and the room was not clean. To top it off, the furniture was scratched and damaged. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The only good thing is that breakfast is good.

old property. it is not clean. it is not work as per price property coded.
This is one one. Rooms are not clean and dirty. Staff is good and cooperative. I feel price little high.

Great location. Food options are good. Very old Hotel. Extremely slow house keeping. Lots of mosquitos in room, Room service not available for most of the time. Any ask to front desk takes 2hrs. Lift not working, Printer not working, Needs lots of improvement.

Hospitality sector is redefined- Worst service
Check-in @ hotel even nobody is pick up my luggage , we my myself carry the luggage . I call some many times to the reception , they even not pick one time also and called some many times to room service , they not pick the phone. Even check -out also not body pick up reception , we are check -out our self . The worst service I have never experienced in my life time. Definition of Hospitality sector is redefined.

It was the worst hotels i stayed across ap. Rat has made holes in my clothes over night. Flush jet nothing was working. The hotel is under reconstruction. Kindly do not book on any circumstance.

Good Stay
I recently stayed at dr. Utham and had a mixed experience. The food was excellent, and i thoroughly enjoyed the culinary offerings. However, i was disappointed with the cleanliness of the extra bed provided. Despite requesting for an extra bed, it was not well-maintained. Additionally, i was surprised to find that the hotel charged us a 'room maintenance fee' despite the online platform offering a discounted price. This was not clearly communicated, and i felt it was unfair. Overall, while the food was great, the hotel needs to work on maintaining cleanliness standards and transparency in their pricing.
