Power went off at 1.30 AM and didn’t turn on till 4 AM. The DG power backup was not working. Reception staff didn’t pick up the calls as well. Avoid at all cost.

An average stay with mixed experiences
The experience was just okay. During the breakfast buffet, the staff was unresponsive. The in-room wifi didn’t connect at all, and the windows had small gaps that let mosquitoes in. However, the in-room dining service was good, and the bell-boy service was also efficient. Overall, it was an average stay.

Worst experience
I booked this room for my parents. Ac in our rom was not working. We called front desk and they attempted to correct it but it was not done. My elderly parents tired of their repaid till 12 midnight and slept without ac. When i enquirer at the front desk next day morning, they argued with me that ac was working and our parents did not know how to operate it. They were rude. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone

My experience at seasons inn
coupleThe hotel is located in the heart of the city and is accessible to all places of visit. The staff are very courteous and helpful. The services are good. My suggestion is to make available the complimentary breakfast available by 7am since it would make sense to eat early and get out early. 8 am i felt is late. The amenities are good. But i had to call the house keeping to replace the towels or ask for an extra one though we were a couple. my stay in hotel seasons inn nellore was good but it can be better if they service their plumbing like bath room showers 🚿 and add small things like a extra soap and a toilet hand wash a tooth brush and at least tooth paste

Rooms are neat and comfortable with some issues
Rooms are neat and tidy but some issues are like geyser is not working in some rooms and they integrated fan and lighting in one switch and mainly lift is not working
