The customer service from the reception team was unprofessional, the TV and remote were not working properly, the room and washroom were very narrow, the bathroom door was not working properly, the room was not cleaned and the major concern was that the complimentary breakfast in the morning was really rubbish.... So overall my experience with this hotel was very rubbish and more over they charged very expensive rent per day.

No water bottle provided. Bed sheets sped with sand. Otherwise good stay. Location also good.

Good to stay near and clean room no distrubance hot water not available today morning and service vise it averages only had a complementary breakfast at morning it's good.

Service was pathetic, they failed to provide the basic amenity like shower and they are claiming that the entire hotel rooms showers are not in working condition. Cleaning of the room is also not good, the room is smelling like fishy all the time. The water will be provided on 1st day, later on we need to beg them. Then only they'll give you.

The stay was good. Last year i have been as well to the same place. This is my second time staying in this hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful in all aspects. The complimentary breakfast was also good. The only concern was with a bit tight parking but still manageable. Thanks to the inn hotel.
