Hotel located at walking distance from bus stand. Standard room was average size and clean. The toilet was clean. no shower gel in dispenser. Staff was courteous Breakfast was tasteless and bland . Overall average stay.

Food is good. Restaurant staff very courteous. However, rooms are too small, definitely not maintained properly, in the sense dirty and smelling rooms. 2nd floor lobby was smelling. Even after, repeated request for room cleaning, nothing was done. In room service, multiple follow-up are required.

The staff at the hotel is very helpful and courteous, we stopped overnight on our way to Pondicherry at Regenta Nellore. The breakfast was excellent and the restraint also served up very sumptuous dishes.

Pleasant stay for officials and family outings. Food and amenities are excellent. parking is also good

Very good value for money - Very good quality facilities at a reasonable room rate, though the room size and space is very limited. The only bad experience for me was a leaky wash basin which was disgusting. Lack of attention to upkeep.

Room is congested and they don’t have twin bed option and bed being small, it is difficult for 2 people. I had a bad experience with the staff. I forgot my shirt in the cupboard, and left . I called the hotel guys , a couple of times after one day.they replied they didn’t find anything. Either the cleaning guys have taken the shirt. Or the management is very irresponsible.

Great location (walking distance with light luggage to RTC bus stand), clean and neat room and quick service.

Food is great 10/10 housekeeping is bad 5/10 never i saw the room clean after coming from work always had to tell the staff atleast 2 times then staff would come hygiene is not properly maintained cups and glasses washed are not cleaned even after washing they just keep it in bathroom sink no detergent they use so hygiene is pretty bad facilities are not as such but thats okay for the price staff is good 👍🏻 10/10

This is my second visit to this wonderful property. This located in the prime area every thing walkable. And the complementary breakfast is amazing. Bedroom are spacious enough. Overall it’s 5 out 5

Location of the property is good. Staffs are very cooperative and rooms are clean and tidy. Food was great.

Room is little small but clean and neat. Easily sufficient for two people. Friendly staff. They have restaurant also

The room was spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated in a coastal theme. The king-size bed was incredibly comfortable with soft linens and multiple pillow options. The private balcony had a breathtaking ocean view, perfect for morning coffee or sunset watching.

Location and staffs are very friendly and cooperating. Food was also very wonderful. I will definitely stay in this hotel in my future visits

I booked for 2 days when I had work only on Sunday only for a comfortable stay as. I had to attend a wedding and there was no hot water and the door was not locking from inside which delayed me going to the wedding and the muhurtham was over by the time the hotel brought a bucket of water and put a heater into it to heat . First of all to respond the reception and maintainance took 1.5 hours only after I went to the reception and shouted at him he sent the maintainence guy!! I came to Nellore for wedding and ended up missing it because of the amenities of the hotel.

Very poor maintenance & rooms are very congested. Not good at all.
