Extremely disappointing experience! The hotel's management and maintenance are subpar. Check-in was delayed by nearly an hour, and the room was in poor condition. The AC was malfunctioning, the TV remote was broken, and the room was not clean. To top it off, the furniture was scratched and damaged. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The only good thing is that breakfast is good.

I call some many times to the reception , they even not pick one time also and called some many times to room service , they not pick the phone. I recently stayed at dr. Utham and had a mixed experience. The food was excellent, and i thoroughly enjoyed the culinary offerings. However, i was disappointed with the cleanliness of the extra bed provided. Despite requesting for an extra bed, it was not well-maintained. Additionally, i was surprised to find that the hotel charged us a 'room maintenance fee' despite the online platform offering a discounted price.
