Every thing is excellent , room was very neat and clean, services r good, complimentary breakfast was excellent, I would highly recommend this hotel. 5* from my side.The staff is also very polite and respectful, had a safe parking for our car,all of above teriff is very reasonable.But thrs no restaurant in the hotel,it would be great if they add that too.

It was a nice experience of stay. Good ambience and cleanliness and well maintained staff behaviour is also good property location is also very good easily identifiable.

Worst experience with hotel Park Inn. It’s not a hotel. No parking, have to wait till parking slot available, due to that my car got damaged. Rooms are very small. Bad smells are coming one come out from the room. No restaurant attached. You have to wait till 8:00am for breakfast which is too late, that is to outside one with plastic containers… Too bad experience.

Rooms are good no fan is available AC is centralized remote affixed in the wall you cant take it each time you need to get off from your bed to control. Brush Soap everything are provided on demand not available in the room Breakfast is okeish not Hot.

Hotel rooms in neat and very clean only issue accessible and car parking space.as for hotel room is spacious and ligting is good

There is no kitchen and hence all dining including tea and coffee is outside. The basement car parking is shared by other tenants like HDFC in the same building and is pathetic. The plumbing is poor with the metal regulators falling off and shower leaking in all directions causing a mess on the floor outside the shower area. Service is slow and poor. Overall while the room is clean and comfortable, it doesn’t feel like value for money.

Neat and well-appointed. Courteous Staff and comfortable rooms. Though I did not need breakfast, a packed breakfast was available each morning.

The hotel stay was good. The staff was okay with the kind of service you can expect from a amateur setup but a team which is learning trying hard. The rooms were good. The hotel does not have a restaurant and hence food needs to be ordered.

The parking situation at this hotel is quite poor. If you’re driving here then good luck finding a half decent space to park The parking situation was quite poor at this hotel. The basement and the approach road are quite narrow and is strictly made for small cars. Had to book another hotel so I could leave my car parked without any issues.

Hotel location was good. Easily accessible from the Chennai-Kolkata highways. Parking was in cellar and its very limited to accommodate only 3-4 cars. We booked Family room but unfortunately they have only one room of that type and the AC in the room wasn’t working at all and they couldn’t fix that after trying multiple times. At around 11 pm, they downgraded us to standard room with extra bed which was way smaller than the original room we booked. Totally disappointed with the experience. May be it’s one off case, but will never book again here and wouldn’t recommend anyone.

Complimentary breakfast was sourced from outside and served. They don’t have a in house kitchen. Ironing box facilities were provided on request.
