No pantry. So called free breakfast was served on paper plate. The food ( idli / vada) was covered with newspaper pieces and chutney / sambar was filled in plastic pouches tied with thread. We were shocked. No room service at all. Very bad experience.

The experience was good. But please take care while booking a room. I booked a deluxe king bed room but i got a deluxe split bed, the hotel guy provided an extra bed.

It's looks like a lodge i have booked 2 nights but i shifted to another hotel in the next day if you want to lodge you go here

Location was good to approach highway easily that was only the major plus. Geyser issue was there and it is an horrible experience, who are lodging with kids. Room service was poor. Complimentry breakfast was available only after 9 am. So, be conscious while choosing. Over all stay was decent but lot of improvement is required.

No hot water, no service, room cleaning worst, towels and blankets are in blue colour with dirty smell

I had booked premium, which was not available when i arrived. They offered me deluxe rooms which was not good, for suite room they charges 900 extra. Food service was poor.

the hotel is good but basic features are not available like shaving kit, toothbrush like, also in 2 days stay no cleaning in room. 😌😌.

Large and comfortable room, bad mosquito menace and also seen cockroaches in the washroom as well as the room, no breakfast on somedays. Staff are kind and polite. Location is pretty far from city centre. Most of the staff are newcomers, so they take time to respond to queries, ac doesn’t function with proper controls, tv has only very few subscribed chanels, not of any use. Overal, rating of 3 out of 5. We will not come back and stay at this hotel, if we ever travel to nellore again.

Good service they are doing well

Decent room with ac and tv. No restaurant at the hotel. You have to go outside for tea/food. Car parking is a problem. Can only park in front of the hotel after 7 pm. 2 pm check-in time is not convenient. The normal check-in time is 12 noon.

Full of cockroaches, no coffe powder, tea powder, sugar pacjkets supply, wash rooms are at ordinary condition opting break fast along with room is mere waste. Bcoz it's not attached restaurant to the hotel. They brought from a distant place and tiffins or not hot. It's away from town and not comfortable one. It's not a good property to keep in makemy trip. Really it's horrible experience. No parking place to keep the car. Over all its a waste hotel

Expensive room rent at 2830 for a room in nellore is unheard and uncalled for. Booked a room with breakfast inclusive, but when morning we were told that since staffs are not available, they are unable to provide breakfast. Room do not have tea or coffee making machine in room. No dental kits where provided. Harsly one bottle of water provided and they charged extra 25rs for extra bottle. Pathetic stay at the hotel.
