location was good but service very bad not provides bed sheets soaps and towels.

More insecticides...no water toilet basin...slow fan...I am not satisfied...worst maintenence...they give sample bath soap only

we stayed one night in Madurai as next day we have to travel to Rameshwaram. you can order food from swiggy to this Hotel. staff was good and try to helped us in our travel to Rameshwaram.

The staff is terrible. Very very very uncooperative. They didn’t allow us for staying in the room for even 15 more minutes despite the fact that we checked in the midnight only. Moreover they didn’t even permit the ladies to use the washroom afterwards. Will not recommend anyone to stay here n get humiliated.

The hotel is near by madurai periyar bus stand. I was traveled with my family. It was a good stay. Reasonable price. If you are searching for the budget hotel, it is a perfect choice. Hassle free check in and check out.

Hotel room is average. Does not provide basic facilities (blankets, soap, towels. Room has lots of mosquitoes. This is not suitable for night stay. Good for freshen up and getting ready.

Poor parking facility. No hygiene. Dirty bed (no bed sheet. Shower not working. Tv is there but no cable connection.

Rooms were not clean, also the bedsheets and pillow covers were dirty. Didn't like the behaviour of the person in the reception. Bad smell was coming from the A/C. Not worth of money. I will not recommend anyone to stay in this hotel. Very bad experience ☹️

The place was not well maintained it’s untidy garbage at places room has ac but looks unclean and no remote water taps and pipes are visibly old and unserviced - it leaks staff is good very courteous they will attend to the calls and queries

And many more. No towel no soap no set up box recharge no room service for dining in like plates and all no complimentary water bottle dirty water services. Sorry but i think it's my last trip from mmt

All the facilities provided was good. Decent for family as well single

The room is very average and there is no blanket and towel. Hot water is not there and proper cleaning of bathroom is required. Service staff should be educated. The stay was good as there are some good restaurants such as selvi and other nearby

Dirty place. Rude behaviour parking not comfortable & no support from staff no drinking water, toilet towels, hand showe old model picture tube tv & not working hor water will get after several remainders & arguments.

Hotel Taj is very poor cleanliness it's not western toilet no hot water waste for money near food is good but same hotel food is bad quality.

Drinking water should be improved and please give blankets

Whatever you see in the review section about a formiddable stay is just a dream, located in the heart of Madurai, its a simple waste of money.
