Review Of Hotel Sweet Villa

It was a very good hotel with the best amenities possible we had a little trouble which was solved by the kind hotel manager and other staffs

Rooms were neat, service was excellent. Location is close to beach which is less crowded food in the restaurant is tasty. Overall we had good experience. Worth for money.

I booked stay at hotel sweet villa through makemytrip for myself, my wife and two kids below age of 5 years. We were on family trip to puri. After visiting puri temple, we went to hotel for checkin. Hoping for good experience, i booked this hotel over low cost hotels. We were very exhausted but our entire experience after check-in to hotel was very awful. Manager at the hotel sais that i have to pay extra charges for my 11 years old son. I denied and said i already disclosed at the time of booking that my elder son is 11 years old and accordingly paid hotel tariff at time of booking on makemytrip. He didn't listen to me so i said that i will talk to customer care and will come back to him. After we put our luggages at room, we asked hotel to provide us a pair of bathroom slippers but they flatly refused to provide it stating that they don't have slippers. After some time we i used the washroom, i realized jet was not functioning well and flow of water was not proper. Again, they didn't pay attention to our concern. Hotel manager was trying to intimidate me and was insisting on making extra payment. Then i tried calling makemytrip customer care, after more than 3 calls and customer care agent keeping me on hold for more than 3 hours, they said i was not suppose to pay additional charge. The saddest part was that each time i had to explain customer care agent the entire issue and they would say we will keep you on hold for 2-3 minutes but they kept me on hold for more than 40 minutes and twice it happened that the call got dropped. I was expecting call back from them but no one bother for the same. Alas ! i was going all these while i was so tired and sleeping and hotel manager was continuously harassing. In the morning, when my wife went for shower, she said that hand shower was not working. So, i also tried but eventually we realized that even hand shower was not functioning and was of no use. At the time of check out, we were forced to pay additional charges else manager was not allowing to leave. As, we had flight to take, i paid the amount. In all, it was very pathetic experience with very rude staff, no proper service and standards. I will not suggest anyone to book and stay there.

3. For zoris hotel, it doesn't justify the price at all. Rooms have two different beds, and they want to charge 1000 extra for single bed.

Hotel room is ok. Bathroom is ok. Restaurant food is ok.

Hotel was good. Rooms are neat nd clean. But location is too far from temple and swarga dwar. Value for money is not there. Receptionist is not good at entering details on computer. It took 2 long for him for our cheak in. Food is very good. Staff service is also good. Over all not bad experience.

Room and room service is also great but they don't have all the food/dish as the provide in menu card. I overall great.

Checkin took more than 30 mins as the representative at reception has no idea of process. Similar happens during checkout time. The representative at reception was sleeping during checkout time. He came to checkout after 15 mins.

The hotel location was good. Food, service and cleanliness was also good. Overall goof experience. But one suggestion they have one tour agent, please don't take car for sight seeing from there. The tour agent at first will tell one rate & when you will board the car for sight seeing or airporr/station drop, they will charge high rate. They don't stick to the rate which they will commit. I am sharing this from my personal experience. Me and my family faced this. They will charge extra money by giving baseless reason. And don't book their car by giving advance money.

Pros : location is fine. Food is great with reasonable price. Stuff behaviour is good. Cons: guest ( friends/ family members ) is not allowed in room

The stay was excellent, the rooms are clean, spacious. The staff is very friendly. The beach is just 5 mins away from the property. The view of the sea from the roof top is mesmerising. The present pricing policy is good and should be maintained at this level.

A great experience after staying at this hotel

I stayed in a see facing room. Newly constructed building. Good ambiance and amenities. Good behaviour from the house keeping staffs. Specifically “sanjay” the hotel staff, who helped us at every moment. Would recommend a stay.

Hotel staffs are friendly and had a good behaviour

It's very new hotel in puri. We took sea facing room in third floor. The view is worth the price we paid for the room. Just that they need to expedite there kitchen service, overall it was good experience. Tapan chakravorty and house keeping guy bittu was very courteous.

Had an Amazing time staying here. Everything is clean and sanitized. Room is spacious and Bed is comfy. Everyroom has his own Wifi. Bathroom is clean and Modern. I fully Recommend this Place. Worth the Money. 👌👌
