When i visit the hotel renovation work is going on and they provide me with the room in which no bed the mattresses are on the floor and told me to stay there or denied the booking

The staff is very irresponsible they told me that you are not contact with them and they book my room to another person

average experience, its very convenient if you are traveling through charbagh railway station 🚉 else through bus you can walk 10 minutes distance only, i would not receive for long time stay because its very congested place and room service is also not there.

Dirty room, dirty bedsheet, tattered blanket. Food service also not good. Bathroom very dirty.

The room was not cleaned at all. Even the empty bottle, glasses, match box and chips wrappers etc were on the small table. Washroom not even flushed/cleaned. No hangers in the cupboard. Bathroom door broken. Even at 7 am. They don't pickup the phone for tea, at the reception.

Very poor service and very bad hotel no clean hotel.

Stay in single person amount rate and stay in group person amount rate equal. Not different in rate single and group. Not facilities in winter season water and bed sheet and kambal. Please improve at earliest.

They provide free pickup from bus stand and railway station. When I call them, they refuse to give me the service. Room was dirty. Bathroom was unhygienic. Tea was bad but rate was high. In room, their telephone, TV was not working. Totally waste of money. I never suggest this for anyone.

Located centrally, neat and tidy room, facing road.

I stayed in the hotel for 3 hours, felt very bad, hotel staff do not care, after calling the reception, I called the room service, no one came even after waiting for more than half an hour, drinking water facilities were very bad. For the first time I felt cheated.

No restaurant service, they order food from outside. Extremely dirty and old room. It seems like they never clean for years. Broken power outlet board. Random live electric wire hanging out of the wall.

Booked this Hotel for my driver, never got any complaint, nice budget place

On Google map, the hotel location is not correct. I face the problem, after wasting my 20 minutes to finding this hotel I asked hotel member to provide me there live location then I find this hotel. Hotel is near Charbagh that is very good.

In description of MMT it was mentioned as 24 hour check-in check out. But when I reached at 7 am they denied check-in, saying 24 hour facility is available only for on spot booking, for online booking I have to wait till 12. They denied by saying that no room is currently available but they were providing room to another person on on-spot booking. However, on request they provided a single room without fan till 12 pm which was helpful. For information I have booked 2 rooms for 4 persons. However, the stay was good. The staffs are well behaving and provided drinking water all the time.

Service is good and Hotel staff was very supportive.
