It is good. The property kept clean. Staff are well cooperative and customer friendly. We stayed for the day and night. Easily approachable to amenities and busstand.

Full drunkards in and around the hotel there is no complimentary water bottle even they give rent to local to drink and dine hot water 7 to 830 ready i request make my trip to avoid this hotel to family dharwad is only 39 kms there the hotels are superb for this money really dissatisfied Although the counter staffs are good but bar attached hotel with non vegetarian food not good for women and kids family If your are going with family please don't book the room entrance itself foul smelling Really sorry that unfortunate things will happen with fortunate pupils This is last booking through make my trip Worst environment for family and kids

Sheets and towels need to be cleaner

It was a terrible experience. We booked for 3 people by paying rs. 2600+. We got a double room of rs. 1300 and a bed to sleep on floor. The bedsheets pillow was sticking. No water or glass provided. Tv not working. Only 2 towels and 2 blankets provided for 3 people. It is pathetic. Mmt should not tie with such hotels. Be careful of your reputation.

Clean and convent hotel close to bus stand and retaurants. Staff very helpful. Manager was very good and helpful. A pleasant and comfortable stay.

stay was very pleasant at sujata residency. the staffs were very courteous and provided a good service. i would suggest this hotel which is just 80mts from the ksrtc bus stand.

Depends on how often you travel. As a frequent traveller, when i booked this place it was for a good night sleep. It was good enough for it for the small price i paid. I was taking a night halt on way to mumbai.

Well maintained courteous staff ideal location

Hotel was very hygienic, rooms and washrooms were very well kept. Ample space for storage of luggage also. Also charging points were provided.

Rooms are spacious and well maintained. There was no hot water available due to some issue. I came late at midnight the person was speaking only hindi, i don’t have any issue with that but local people who don’t know the language will face issues. Reception told that if i book directly next time i will get more discount. Not good for mmt.
